Anthony Macaluso

Anthony Macaluso is known as a prolific inventor that has now set his sights on reducing the world's reliance on finite resources and avert negative consequences of Climate Change. He recently launched Hughes Tool Company, Inc., quietly working behind the scenes to develop a solution that eliminates the major challenges associated with Lithium-Ion battery limitations for electric vehicles (EV) and beyond. Mr. Macaluso has done this twice before in the sports and mobile industries solving problems for some of the largest retailers globally. He has been granted hundreds of patents resulting in billions of transactions, billions in revenues and significantly increasing shareholder value. He has served as a NASDAQ Chairman and CEO, and has spent his entire life identifying technical and business problems, creating solutions, filing the intellectual property, being granted the patents both domestically and internationally, and then monetizing those patents through licensing opportunities.

Richard Siber is a recognized technologist with a 35+ year record of achievement in leadership, business management, technology and consulting. He is a well-known expert in wireless communications and now all things EV and beyond. Previously, Richard served as Global Managing Partner for Accenture, and serves as a Board Member on a multitude of companies, both public and private including HTCI.
